Policy Statement On Anti Bribery And Corruption

We are committed to conducting business ethically and in line with applicable laws and regulations. Our school prohibits doing business in a manner that is deemed corrupt and improper. 

We practice zero-tolerance on bribery, corruption and malpractice by urging all concerned to say NO to these crimes at all times.

This policy statement applies to all employees including contractors.

All employees are prohibited from soliciting, accepting or obtaining bribe of any type, offering bribe of any type, accepting or offering in any official capacity, any fee, gratuity, gift, hospitality, entertainment or consideration of any kind from or to any person or organization and allowing a close family member or relation to solicit, request or demand any form of gift, entertainment or other promotional expense from any person or organization.

Any instance of non-compliance with our Policy will be dealt with severely and the required disciplinary action will follow. 

Lovinda Junior Academy maintains a Register of Gifts received and provided. The Register is subject to periodic review.
